Special Education in Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District is an integral part of our school community. Through a collaborative effort among teachers, parents, students and administrators, our programs and services are focused on enabling special education students to archive their maximum potential and to become independent life-long learners.

Our mission is to provide all students with a caring, respectful, and supportive environment that fosters the development of effective learning skills, 'self' understanding, knowledge, independence and responsibility. The district strives to prepare all students to recognize and utilize their strengths, and to succeed in reaching their life goals.
