The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District utilizes Frontline Absence Management (formerly known as Aesop) for employee attendance management. Frontline Absence Management provides access to your attendance balance and the ability to request a day anytime, anywhere. You can access it via computer, smart phone, I-device, or landline and there is a downloadable instant access icon for your device – putting attendance management at your fingertips. Enter an absence via computer, smart phone or I-device up to 9 months in advance or by land line up to 30 days in advance. Select up to five preferred substitutes and Frontline Absence Management and Frontline will attempt to contact your preferred substitutes first when filling an absence. Frontline & Systems 3000 are compatible systems. Updates between the two systems will be run weekly. Because payroll is typically run 72 hours prior to payday, your attendance might be a day or two behind on your pay stub, but it will always be up to date in your profile on Frontline 24/7 – right at your fingertips. Frontline also provides assistance and answers to your questions 24/7.
